Our position

Short-V stores and hosts no video files. Series are streamed from their licensed source. We respect copyright and act on valid notices.

Filing a notice

Send notices to [email protected] with all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL or URLs on Short-V you are asking us to remove.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

Complete notices are actioned within two business days. We remove or disable access to the material identified and record the notice. Incomplete notices are returned with a note on what is missing.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

Sources that are the subject of repeated valid notices are removed from the catalogue entirely.
